Restaurant Wait Staff

Job Title:                               Wait Staff
Employment Type:              Part-Time (Split Shifts, Mornings, & Nights)           

We are looking for dependable wait staff to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The successful candidate must be a team player willing to work flexible hours and will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and present menu
  • Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
  • Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
  • Take orders from customers
  • Record orders accurately into register system
  • Serve food and beverage orders
  • Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
  • Process transactions using the POS system
  • Prepare checks for customers
  • Process customer payments
  • Set up for events
  • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
  • Answer, report and follow food and beverage manager’s instructions
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Qualifications:

Experience is welcome but not necessary, we are willing to train.

Restaurant Kitchen Staff

Job Title:                               Line/Prep Cook
Employment Type:              Part-Time (Split Shifts, Mornings, & Nights)
Pay:                                         Dependent on Experience

We are looking for a dependable line cook to prepare food and perform other kitchen duties. The successful candidate must be a team player willing to work flexible hours and will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Qualifications:
Experience is welcome but not necessary, we are willing to train.
