Yes, Colbert Hills is a public facility and everyone is welcome to come and play.
Does the golf course aerate in the spring and fall?
No, Colbert Hills keeps its greens in great shape by topdressing monthly throughout the golf season. This allows us to not have to punch holes in our greens twice a year.
How fast are the greens?
On average our greens will run between 9.5 and 10.5 on the stimp meter during the golf season.
How much water is used to irrigate the golf course?
Colbert Hills uses 3.61 inches of water per acre on our 306 acre property throughout the season.
Is the golf course open year round?
Yes, Colbert Hills is open everyday for play as long as the weather permits us to allow players onto the course.
How far out can I make tee times?
Tee times can be booked up to 21 days in advance.
