Colbert Hills practice tee decks are open to the public. Our practice range is 10.5 acres of all grass year round. The range has three large public tees that spread 75 yards each. The target area includes a fairway and six target greens throughout the 10.5 acres. The KSU Golf teams have private tees used for their practice time at both ends of the driving range. Range tokens are sold inside the clubhouse at the pro shop counter.

The practice facility also includes a short game area with a sand bunker, zoysia fairway, bent grass pitching area, bent grass green, and fescue rough. Around this area you can use range balls or your own golf balls to practice shots up to 70 yards, along with all the different type of greenside shots you could think of.

Our practice putting green is located next to the clubhouse and wraps around the KSU indoor practice facility. There are numerous holes and areas on this green to recreate any type of putt you may encounter on the course. We use an L93 Bent Grass on all of our greens at Colbert Hills.
