I am a resident of Manhattan; do my non resident friends get the resident rate as well?
No, unfortunately only the resident will get the resident rate.
 
I am a KSU Alumni Association Member; do my playing partners get the Alumni rate as well?
No, unfortunately only the card holding Member will get the Alumni rate.

Do I have to have my KSU Alumni card to get the discount on green fees?

Yes, you must have your card present to get the discount. Colbert Hills has no way to tell if you are a member without that card.

Is it true that the greens at Colbert Hills do not get aerated like all other courses greens in the U.S.?

The greens at Colbert Hills have been built to the most exact specifications as recommended by the U.S.G.A, and in theory do not naturally compact. So if we can keep the thatch levels acceptable regarding water infiltration, then the need of aerification becomes non existant. So the answer is yes, we do not aerate the greens on a regular program. In fact, many greens here at Colbert Hills have not been aerated since they were constructed in 1999!
