1.      Contact Steve Gotsche at 785-776-6475 ext.1 or steveg@colberthills.com  to request a date and time for your event.

2.      Start recruiting players for your event with help from www.colberthills.com and your own tournament webpage for your players to sign up.

3.      Finalize all the details of your tournament with Steve.  IE: check in tables, tournament prizes, food, proximity prizes, sponsor signs, number of players, player names, etc.

4.      Show up for your tournament and let us provide great service to you and your tournament players.
